Danny Deco uses WaterJet cutting to cut materials with a high degree of consistency and precision. It is capable of cutting any shape, any size, any materials using a very high-pressure jet of water.

A major advantage of the WaterJet cutting over Laser Cutting lies in the fact that the process is cold, there is no heat affected zone. Traditional mechanical cutting methods such as cropping and welding destroy the structural integrity of such materials. Likewise, existing thermal processes such as laser or plasma cutting deform the edges of cut composites Water jet cutting doesn’t exhibit these effects.
The WaterJet can cut almost any material up to 250mm thick and up to 4m x 2m sheet size.
